A firm believer in “anything can be achieved once you put your mind to it”, 23-year-old Valencia Kelly is self- driven and passionate about positively impacting her personal growth and development so much so that she lives by this mantra. Although she appears timid to most, Valencia is a diligent and open-minded individual with a great desire to learn in the advancement of the self as she believes that experience can aid in the achievement of greater self-awareness and total transformation. There is no surprise then, that Valencia entered numerous pageants in the past. Notably, she participated in the Miss Verchilds’ High School Talented Teen Pageant where she impressively captured the title. Soon after, she represented her school in the National Carnival Talented Teen competition in 2013, where she captured the first-runner up position and most notably being the first representative to achieve this. She describes these experiences as some of the most rewarding. Coupled with her pageant experiences, Valencia continues to look for opportunities to further empower her and boost her in the areas of discipline, self- confidence, morale, and grace. Currently, she is a Promotional Model at Poise SKN and enjoys working on her physical fitness and overall well-being, so much so that she is considered a ‘gym junkie’. By the same token, Valencia believes in fitness as it helps her to remain productive and gives her a sense of completeness.
Although a Paralegal, Valencia is optimistic and goal-oriented and continues to set incredibly high standards for herself. In the near future she wishes to begin studies in Finance towards obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree after taking an interest in the field fueled by her love for a world filled with numbers all while completing a Diploma in areas of Economics and Law.
