Refunds are at the discretion of the St Kitts Nevis National Carnival Committee.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund you must present evidence of purchase. You can attach a screen capture of your purchase receipt with an email for request to [email protected].
Upon verification of purchase, refunds are processed within 24- 48 hrs.
